Refund policy

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

All sales are final once an order is placed.

In line with UK consumer law, if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence of the problem. Items must be unused and in original condition where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet these conditions.
